wow.. my weekends are filled with Activity..

haha.. love weddings..

this lovely couple was married in a beautiful church and mood of 2 families becoming one is just an awesome feeling to experience.. i have such a lucky hobby job !

lets talk about posing..
before the ceremony.. i always scope out the place and surrounding places for romantic shots..
i always try to identify resting posing potential
what is resting posing? well this photo is a great example of resting posing.. ( something all of us do.. sit, lean, rest against.. )
once i write down 4 places to rest or pose the couple then i am ready for the romantic session after the ceremony.. (because most couples don't want to see each other before the ceremony, they will give us the photographer only about 20 mins of actual romantic shoots before having to go to the reception right?
and this was one of the places near by, like across the street from the church.. i am sure others have used this, but this was one of my places to go to and use..
so lesson from me is this..
1. identify 4 places for which you can take the couple to pose naturally.
2. don't use standing up posing, because there are boring... use resting posing instead.
3. use a cross stare posing(have the couple look in different directions.. generally across from each other.. like here i have the groom looking across the direction from the bride.
