Skylar Model ~ Photoshop Practice
every once and while i try to re do a photo to see what i can improve on the post processing aspects.
i have always stated you need 2 things to make a good photo
1. a good file with good lighting in camera
2. good photoshop or lightroom skills.. (post processing)
this day and age of digital photography you will find it is probably more about post work, that is unfortunate, but probably true..
so what i did tonight was to visit a good file and see what i can do..
you can find great actions on the net or light room presets on the net
and start from there, try to reverse engineer it, and from there put it into photo shop and see if you can some what recreate it on photo shop too.. this practice alone will make you appreciate lightroom, but also lets you know what controls you have from each tool and better you over all as a digital photographer.
